Our necklace is made in a series of noble and hypoallergenic metals plus 18kt gold plating.

Iberian Peninsula: delivery time 1 to 3 days - rate 2.99€
Europe: delivery time 3 to 4 days - rate 2.99€. The cost of the rate may vary depending on the destination.

Deliveries may be delayed for reasons beyond Apodemia's control.

During "The gray box", "Black Friday" and "Cyber Monday" promotions
orders will be fulfilled as soon as possible, not applying the usual delivery time periods.

Any customs charges or local taxes are always at the customer's expense. The invoice will indicate the cost of the order along with the recipient's information. Customs delays are not reflected in the estimated delivery times.

The order will be shipped once we have confirmed that the chosen model is available and that your payment has been approved. We will do our best to process it as soon as we can. If it is not on the same day, it will be the following business days after your purchase is made.

Please note that orders placed after 14.00h (gmt +1) from Monday to Thursday, and from 13.00h (gmt +1) on Friday and during Saturday and Sunday will be prepared to be shipped the next business day. National holidays in Spain and local holidays in the community of Madrid, may also cause delays in deliveries. Estimated delivery dates are calculated in working days.

To ensure the highest security and speed, all orders are shipped through private couriers.

Exchanges and returns

Personalized pieces cannot be exchanged or returned, as they have been modified by the customer, including engravings or embroideries.

In case you want to change any item that has no tare or damage, or has no engraving or embroidery should do so through our portal for exchanges and returns send it to the following address along with its original packaging. The shipping cost will always be charged to the customer.

We recommend shipping by a courier company due to the type of product. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for freight collect items.

Orders purchased online have 30 days to be returned through our returns and exchanges portal. All these orders can be refunded instantly through Reveni using this portal. More information about Reveni here.

In the event that the product is defective or defective in any way, the customer must contact Apodemia within 72 hours of receipt of the order at info@apodemia.com.

Apodemia will be responsible for all the costs involved in the collection of the product/s and the subsequent delivery of the new product/s, provided that once examined by the quality department confirms the existence of defects or defects in them.

The return or replacement of the defective product will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days from the date on which Apodemia has sent an email to the customer with confirmation of the return or replacement of the product.

In the event that the product cannot be replaced by another identical product, the amount paid will be refunded in full to the customer, including courier costs. Refunds will be made by bank transfer to the account provided by the customer to Apodemia.

Materiales y acabados

Todas las creaciones Apodemia están realizadas con la máxima calidad. Todas las joyas llevan un baño de 3 a 5 micras de oro 18k, oro rosa de 18kt o en el caso de la Plata, un baño de rodio como acabado final. Creamos piezas originales, elegantes y versátiles y trabajamos con dedicación para ofrecer el mejor diseño, la mejor calidad y durabilidad en todos nuestros productos y por lo tanto trabajamos con un elevado micraje en nuestros baños. Las joyas pueden tener diferencias en el micraje, dependiendo de su estructura, ya que el baño puede afectar a su forma, haciéndola más o menos rígida. Por esta razón, Apodemia estudia y analiza el perfecto espesor para dotar a cada joya con la mayor calidad sin dejar de lado el diseño diferente y único de la marca.

En Apodemia apostamos por la elección de materiales de máxima calidad. Por ese motivo ofrecemos un año de garantía en el baño de todas nuestras piezas.

Garantía de joyas

Nuestras piezas admiten cambio siempre que estén en perfectas condiciones, se presente el ticket de compra y este dentro de los 30 primeros días desde la recepción de su compra.

Durante el periodo de garantía, presentando el ticket de compra, el cliente tendrá derecho a la reparación gratuita de defectos de fabricación. Las roturas serán valoradas por nuestros expertos indicando al cliente un presupuesto en el caso de que no sea un defecto de fabricación. Apodemia no cubre los daños originados por el mal uso del mismo, golpes, intento de reparación por terceros, modificación, desgaste y envejecimiento natural que sufre con la joya con el uso, así como errores al seguir las instrucciones del cuidado de los artículos.

En caso de que no sea posible el arreglo, APODEMIA garantiza su sustitución por una pieza de un modelo similar. En el caso de las piedras naturales, se intentará restituir la más parecida pero no podemos garantizar que sea igual, ya que cada piedra natural tiene particularidades y tonalidades únicas.

Los  plazos de reparación están sujetos a tiempos de taller, dependiendo de su disponibilidad y de la complejidad del arreglo.

La garantía se aplica solamente a los productos fabricados por Apodemia SL. Esta garantía se puede hacer efectiva en cualquiera de nuestras tiendas APODEMIA o a través de info@apodemia.com

Garantía de relojes

Nuestros relojes admiten cambio siempre que estén en perfectas condiciones, con el precinto de seguridad colocado en perfecto estado y dentro de los siguientes 30 días a la fecha de la compra.

Tu reloj APODEMIA está garantizado por APODEMIA durante un periodo de dos años a partir de la fecha de compra conforme a las condiciones de la presente garantía. La garantía APODEMIA cubre defectos de fabricación que existan en el momento de la compra del reloj.

La garantía solo entra en vigor si el certificado de garantía está cubierto completa y correctamente, fechado y sellado por APODEMIA (en lo sucesivo "certificado de garantía válido").

Durante el periodo de garantía, presentando el certificado de garantía válido y el ticket de compra, tendrás derecho a la reparación gratuita de todo defecto de fabricación. En caso de que no sea posible restaurar las condiciones de uso normales de tu reloj por reparación, APODEMIA garantiza su sustitución por un reloj de modelo similar. La garantía del reloj de sustitución termina dos años tras la fecha de entrega del reloj sustituido. Los  plazos de reparación del reloj están sujetos a tiempos de taller, dependiendo de su disponibilidad y de la complejidad del arreglo.

La presente garantía del fabricante no cubre:

- La duración de la pila

-Pérdida o robo

- El desgaste y envejecimiento normales en el reloj (p.ej. arañazos en el cristal, alteración del color y/o material de correas tanto en cadenas metálicas, como las de cuero, piel o nylon. Se debe tener especial cuidado en evitar el contacto continuado con el agua de las correas no metálicas, desconchado del chapado…). 

- Cualquier daño en cualquier parte del reloj que se derive de una falta de cuidado, negligencia, accidentes (impactos, abolladuras, aplastamiento, cristal roto, etc.), uso incorrecto del reloj e incumplimiento de las instrucciones de uso que proporciona APODEMIA.

- Daños indirectos o consecuenciales de cualquier tipo que se deriven de p.ej. el uso, mal funcionamiento, defectos o inexactitudes del reloj  APODEMIA.

- Situaciones en las que el reloj haya sido manipulado por personas no autorizadas (p.ej. para cambiar la pila, efectuar servicios o reparaciones) o haya sufrido alteraciones de su estado original fuera del control de APODEMIA S.L. Ajustes inadecuados por terceros, daños o pérdida de piezas que resulten de una falla de reparación o reemplazo de pilas.

Queda expresamente excluida cualquier otra reclamación a APODEMIAS.L por daños distintos de los que antes se describen como cubiertos por la garantía, a excepción de los derechos que obligatoriamente correspondan por ley al comprador con respecto al fabricante.

La garantía se aplica solamente a los productos fabricados por Apodemia SL.Esta garantía se puede hacer efectiva en cualquiera de nuestras tiendas APODEMIA  o a través de info@apodemia.com
